I got help at this location in July 2016 and I still think about it anytime I pass Snyder. I was pregnant, driving several hours on bad tires to get a new vehicle. My tire blew out on the side of the highway. I tried changing it but the tire was so shredded it was cutting my hands. A truck pulled over and finished changing my tire. The metal was already showing on my other tire and I had 3 more hours to go. I stopped in Snyder, but it was already 5:30, and everything was closed. I came by the Auto Clinic, which was closed but helping someone else who broke down. They did not have my tire. They called around to some friends in the business and had a tire brought to their shop. The family was there until 7:30 pm making sure I could get home safely. I was so stressed and barely holding back tears. The wife was so kind, and even the son helped his dad get the tire on. They did not charge me an after-hours fee. I will never forget the kindness they showed me.

These people are awesome! Read my previous post on that! These guys replaced my engine. It has been a year. My daughter took the car to Nebraska, and as soon as she got home, I took the car to Houston. My car has performed FLAWLESSLY! Instead of buying a new car, I'm still driving my 2013 RAV, and it will probably go for another 300k miles! THANK YOU for your great service and honest work. It is a law that independent automotive repair shops can maintain and service your warranty. All consumers are protected by the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, which is enforced by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). It prohibits a manufacturer from voiding the new vehicle's warranty or a vehicle's extended warranty because service was performed by a Non-Dealer/Independent Repair shop.
Per the FTC, “It's illegal for a dealer to deny your warranty coverage simply because you had warranty work or routine maintenance or repairs performed by our automotive shop. Routine maintenance can include anything from oil changes, tire rotations and belt replacement, to fluid checks, flushes, new brake pads, and inspections.” It is also important to note that the “Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act makes it illegal for a company to void your warranty or deny coverage under the warranty for the simple cause that you used an aftermarket or recycled part.”
One of the major perks of bringing your vehicle to an independent repair shop is the ability to make your money go further. Many times, warranties will have a limit or a deductible. Our goal is to make your warranty work for you.
Lastly, If you are on the fence about whether or not to purchase an AFTERMARKET or EXTENDED warranty. We suggest opening a savings account for your car and putting back money for possible breakdowns. While warranties are great the limitations can sometimes outweigh the benefits.
